I attempted the Ctrl-AIt-Del and found Windows Explorer. Unfortunately, l didn't choose Réstart; I slain the procedure. (didn't examine the guidelines well sufficiently!):-/. I did eventually find a way to Restart Windows Explorer, but the problem (vanishing Job bar not vanishing/reappearing as it should/used to) did not resolve itself. I then RESTARTED the Computer.

/oblivion-enemy-scaling-mod.html. Sucks that one of them requires a restart, but as I'm not very far along yet, I think I can live with it.

Nevertheless not set.Therefore, I discovered another answer from microsoft and followed those methods. (needed the display driver up to date.)Here't that set of directions.

  1. Apr 29, 2017  A reliable option when it comes to hiding issues of the Windows 10 taskbar is to restart the Explorer process. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Shift-Esc to open the Windows Task Manager. If you see only the basic interface, click on more details. Locate the Windows Explorer process under processes, and click on it with the left mouse button.
  2. Whenever I enter fullscreen, my taskbar doesn't hide. I've tried restarting windows explorer in the task manager, but that only temporarily solves it.

Apr 29, 2017 - Use the following tips, programs and troubleshooting suggestions if the Windows 10 taskbar is not hiding anymore automatically. Every now and then, for some reason, the taskbar at the bottom of the screen will stay showing when I go into fullscreen mode for a video or something online. It seemed to go back to normal and disappeared as it should after around a week but a few days ago it reverted back and now won't disappear when in full-screen.
